Underfloor loops, trench heaters at glass, or air systems each change furniture layout. We keep skirts clear where heat must rise and avoid thick rugs that throttle floor systems.
Summer overheating
External shade outperforms interior blinds alone. If architecture limits exterior kit, we push reflective fabrics and operable vents high in the room.
Condensation watchpoints
Corners above planters and behind deep furniture collect moisture. Air paths and wipeable finishes belong in the design, not as emergency towels later.

Open doorways dump heat from living rooms into glass volumes. Door policy and transitional lobbies sometimes save more energy than another coating upgrade.
Clients sometimes inherit undersized electric heaters from a previous owner. We can restyle around a temporary setup while you plan a proper system, but we will state comfort limits honestly so January evenings are not a surprise.
